Who we are
This policy applies to the restaurant website and text program operated by DNR Family Restaurant LLC, doing business as The Golden Pancake House, including our Mount Vernon and Centralia locations. It does not replace the privacy notices of independent ordering or payment services.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, optional telephone number, selected location, topic, and message you submit. When you request text messages, we collect the mobile number, any name you provide, and the specific service and/or promotional permissions you select.
We keep consent evidence, including the date and time, form source, policy version, exact disclosures shown, and selected choices. Technical information may include browser information, request logs, and a protected network identifier used to limit abuse and document submissions. Please do not send payment details, tax IDs, government IDs, or other sensitive records through these forms.
How we use information
We use contact details to answer questions, coordinate requested restaurant services, manage feedback, and address privacy or accessibility requests. We use SMS information to maintain your stated preferences, operate the messages you opted into, process cancellations, and document consent. We also use limited technical data to protect the website and investigate abuse.
A contact request or food purchase does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts. We do not use our contact forms to collect payment-card information.
Mobile information & SMS consent
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not rent SMS subscriber lists or transfer your consent to another brand. Consent applies only to the message choices you make for The Golden Pancake House.
We may disclose the minimum information needed to providers that operate this restaurant's messaging, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, hosting providers, and vendors acting on our behalf. Those operational disclosures do not authorize unrelated advertising, lead generation, or third-party marketing. SMS opt-in data and consent records are excluded from any sharing for those purposes.

Service providers & external services
Providers that host the site, store submissions, secure the service, or deliver requested communications may process information only as needed for those tasks. We may also disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misuse, or establish legal rights.
Online ordering links take you to Clover, which handles its own ordering and payment experience under its own notices. Google Fonts supplies typefaces, and choosing to load an embedded Google Map connects to Google. These providers may receive technical information such as an IP address and browser details. Review their notices when using their services. We do not provide them with our SMS consent records for their advertising.
Retention & security
We keep information only as needed for customer service, program operation, evidence of consent, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Contact submissions are ordinarily removed after 12 months. Consent and cancellation records may be kept longer to demonstrate preferences and prevent unwanted messages.
We use access controls and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No website or transmission can guarantee complete security. Ask us to review, correct, or remove information you have provided; some minimal records may need to remain to document consent, legal duties, or an opt-out.
Your choices & requests
Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available where you live. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing personal information. We will assess requests under applicable law; this page does not limit rights you may have.
You can decline both SMS choices and still contact or visit us. Reply STOP to program messages to unsubscribe, or use our contact page for assistance. We will not treat an unsubscribe request as permission for more marketing.
Our sign-up forms are intended for adults authorized to use the telephone number supplied. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through these forms.
