A website contact message or SMS sign-up is not an order. Wait for confirmation through the actual ordering channel before relying on an order, reservation, or catering arrangement.
Changes, cancellations & refund questions
Contact the restaurant fulfilling your order as soon as possible if something needs to change. Whether a change, cancellation, replacement, or refund is available depends on the order details, preparation status, the ordering service, and applicable law. We will review the concern with you; this policy does not promise automatic refunds or override your statutory rights.

Food concerns & dietary needs
If an order is missing something or a dish does not seem right, tell restaurant staff promptly and share the order information needed to investigate. Please do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment details through our contact form.
